Please review the official guidelines for Makeup Glam with B prior to securing your appointment. By completing your booking and submitting your deposit, you agree to the following terms:
Secure Booking: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure any standard or wedding date on the calendar. This deposit will be securely processed via credit/debit card through Stripe and applied directly toward your final balance.
Final Balances: Your remaining balance is due on the day services are rendered and can be settled via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or card swipe (via mobile reader).
A strict 10-minute grace period is honored for all appointments.
Arrival past the 10-minute mark will result in an automatic $25 late fee added to your final balance.
If tardiness impacts subsequent client schedules or production timelines, the appointment will be canceled immediately, the slot forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Rescheduling: To qualify for a one-time schedule transfer, a mandatory 2-week notice is required prior to your appointment date.
Emergencies: In the event of documented inclement weather, sudden illness, or verified family emergencies, Makeup Glam with B will work with you to negotiate an alternative date. Failure to provide communication or a no-show will result in the immediate forfeiture of your deposit.
Travel Services: Makeup Glam with B operates as an exclusive mobile service. Please ensure your exact destination address is provided under the "Leave A Message" section of your Booking Summary.
Skin Prep: Please ensure your face is thoroughly cleansed and moisturized upon the Artist's arrival, and your brows are properly tweezed or waxed.
What is Included: All premium glam sessions include custom mink lashes. You do not need to bring anything to your session except your beautiful face!
Inclusions: Your bridal makeup package includes a custom look of your choice on your wedding date, a bridal trial consultation prior to the wedding date (if applicable), and a premium lipstick/lip gloss and lip liner combo. Formal contracts are available upon request.
Capacity & Timing: The Artist can handle up to 10 faces in one session. Please allocate 45 minutes to one hour per face for execution. The Artist works independently for bridal parties, but you are welcome to hire additional independent makeup artists to work alongside her if your timeline requires it.
Group Decreases: Once your deposit is submitted and your wedding party count is locked on the calendar, no refunds or deductions will be given if your bridal party count decreases. You will remain financially responsible for the entire original bridal party booking.
Bridal Cancellations: If you cancel your wedding booking, the 50% deposit is permanently forfeited. In the rare event that the Artist must cancel on your wedding date, your deposit will be refunded in full. Rescheduling requests remain at the sole discretion of the Artist.
Registration & Fees: Class seats are highly limited to 10 students max to ensure an intimate instructional setting. Payment is due in full upfront via Stripe to secure your seat. All masterclass tickets are strictly non-refundable.
Attendance & Punctuality: Doors open 15 minutes prior to start time. Because the product presentation, catering, and live training operate on a strict 4-hour timeline, the class will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. Late arrivals will have to catch up with the live demonstration; no extensions or individual repeat segments will be provided.
Student Toolkit Requirements: Students are required to bring their personal makeup bags containing their current foundation, concealer, beauty sponges/brushes, and brow products. A comprehensive checklist will be emailed to your inbox upon registration. Makeup Glam with B will provide professional tabletop mirrors for use during the session and an emergency kit backup, but students must train with their own everyday products to master their personal routine. .
Hospitality & Safety: Complementary catering and wine will be served during the first hour of product explanation. Please notify the Artist via email of any severe food allergies at least 7 days prior to the class date.
Two-Step Booking Requirement: Booking this service requires a mandatory Initial Color-Match & Skin Consultation at least 3 weeks prior to your hands-on training date. This timeline allows Makeup Glam with B to curate, source, and secure your customized product kit.
Payment & Inventory Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to initiate your consultation and product sourcing. Once products are ordered following your consultation, the deposit cannot be transferred or canceled under any circumstances, as these funds are directly utilized to purchase your permanent cosmetic inventory.
Rescheduling Rules: Because dedicated blocks of time are cleared for your 1-on-1 training, you must provide a minimum 1-week notice to reschedule your hands-on session. Emergency exceptions (illness, extreme weather) will be managed at the sole discretion of the Artist.
Final Product Ownership: All customized products ordered for your kit are yours to keep once the final balance is settled. If you forfeit your appointment or fail to pay the final balance, the kit remains the property of Makeup Glam with B until the account is cleared.
Registration & Access: Registration is $50 per session and is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your payment clears through Stripe, your digital entry link and the official product recommendation list will be automatically sent to your email.
Live Broadcast Schedule: The virtual session will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you miss the live broadcast due to scheduling conflicts or technical issues on your end, no refunds will be issued.
Interactive Etiquette: This is a live training environment. Questions are welcomed through the moderated chat, but inappropriate behavior, recording the session for distribution, or sharing access links will result in immediate removal from the stream without a refund and a permanent ban from future sessions.
Pre-Payment & Booking Window: Session packages do not auto-renew. To secure your package for the upcoming month, payment must be made in full by the 25th of the current month. If payment is not received by the 25th, your preferred time slots will be released to the public.
Monthly Expiration (No Rollovers): All sessions purchased must be utilized within the specific calendar month they were bought for. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month and are non-refundable. Life happens, but calendar space is strictly limited.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: If you need to move a scheduled session within your package, a mandatory 48-hour notice is required to transfer that session to a new date within the same calendar month. Cancellations made under 48 hours, or failure to show up, will result in that specific session being permanently forfeited from your package.
Discretionary Emergency Freebie: Because life happens, Makeup Glam with B allows a one-time emergency grace pass per quarter for a last-minute reschedule due to sudden illness or emergency, at the Artist's sole discretion.
